The staff at the office were all wonderful. So kind and caring. They were obviously busy because of the number of patients but you wouldn't know it by talking to them. They were calm and made sure all your questions were answered and helped to lessen any anxiety.

Right from the start, Dr. Mendelson demonstrated an excellent bedside manner, investigative mind, and the ability to listen and connect with me and my past experience. I immediately felt at ease and confident in my receiving excellent care and compassion. I walked away very impressed with my overall experience with Dr. Mendelson. The morning of the scope at the Nazareth center in Easton, I was surprisingly only nervous a little bit. Before the scope, Dr. Mendelson reassured me that he would take good care of me. Everything went well. The nurse anesthetist (Stephanie) was also excellent with her care and compassion. The entire experience with the staff was pleasant and caring. I no longer have the black cloud of fear hanging over me. Now I realize I can return to Dr. Mendelson for his expert, calming, and compassionate care. I highly recommend Dr. Mendelson!
